The temperature regulation has a proportional modulating action with surveys on different spots in the combustion chamber; this continuous modulation optimize the consumptions and produce a uniform temperature that allows to molding up to four pieces per cycle in closed mold.

Products types
Brass, copper, bronze, aluminium
There are two tipes of Farm Brass’ boost ovens: the S and IG series.
Both are dedicated to brass heating, but they can be used also for heating other nonferrous metals, as aluminum.
Combustion plant is divided into one or more areas according to the length of the heating chamber (1Z, 2Z, 3Z). The number of tracks (or guides) changes according to the production needs (2G, 3G, 4G). Among the pieces realized by FARM BRASS in this particular production there are the bars, the forged components, the mergers in cast iron and steel, the rails and the tubes.
Brass, aluminium
There are three types of Farm Brass tape ovens: IGR, NO, NA series.
The first two are dedicated to brass heating but they can be used also for heating other non ferrous metals; the third one, instead, is specific for the aluminium heating.
Combustion plant is divided into one or more areas according to the length of the heating chamber (1Z, 2Z, 3Z) for this ovens too. According to the tape composition can be uploaded one or more pieces columns. FARM BRASS guarantee too the production of pieces as bars, forged components, merges in cast iron and steel, rails and tubes.
Brass, aluminium
Thanks to indirect heating technology by hot air forced circulation and to the possibility to work with temperatures between 150° and 600°, the IGT series thermal treatment plants designed by FARM BRASS rapresent the ideal solution for your needs.
FARM BRASS is able to propose functional and technical solutions even for the construction of customized plants dedicated to every kind of thermic treatment. Among them it is possible to report : cargo beds on rollers or rails, pieces on tape or rug, controlled atmosphere, aging, solubilization, hardening, ecc …
